A comment from Dr Davis on the K2 dosage problem: "I also see that we should have been clearer on the suggested dosage of K2. Getting 5000 mcg of MK-7 is difficult. Life Extension has a product with higher K2, though I am uncertain of the total MK-7 form, since it is a mixture. Natures Life has a 5000 mcg tablet of K2, as does Carlson. Thorne has a (costly) 1000 mcg per drop K2 liquid. Perhaps a compromise would be some higher dose form of K2, e.g., Natures Life or Carlson, along with a lower dose of MK-7. The situation is also improving rapidly: As the market demand grows, more choices appear."
