Bernie/All: I do not know what the problem is with my E-Mail as others have pointed this problem out to me. I do not have any idea on how to fix it but will take suggestions.

On the ISGI front, I was able to confirm today that PaineWebber has definitely registered to become a MM. Anyone can call the Nasdaq at (800) 777-5606 and ask for yourselves. So it is only a matter of time before they show up on the box. Hopefully tomorrow.

An overall lousy market day as the Dow got clobbered. ISGI backed off as usual whenever the volume dries up from the Buy side. The heavy volume day did not transpire as I was told. I believe it was the result of PWJC not showing up today AND the overall weak market. I am using any momentary weakness as a Buying opportunity as I continue to hear that next week will be an exciting one for the company and the stock.

With PaineWebber coming on the box something has to be up that is positive for the company. PWJC does not make markets in penny stocks unless they have done some serious homework.

One of my sources who is close to the company said that Joe Lents spent another day in Houston with TWT principals Booth & Salinas. 2 LARGE Investment Banks supposively came to Houston to solicit ISGI/TWT in becoming the company's new Investment Banker. He emphasized to me that these 2 firms are HIGHLY regarded firms that are pursuing ISGI because of the potential of TWT. He once again stressed that it was only a matter of time and pointed to next week as a BIG one for the company.

With the confirmation of PWJC & WEAT things are looking quite good for ISGI. As the fundamental picture for TWT continuing to get stronger, the company appears to be moving in the right direction as they are laying the foundation for a solid future.

John
