What we need is a Consignment Assets Relief Program (CARP) so that people can get a fair and full price for stuff they use and wear out but can eventually be remediated to work like new if they were made available through a Treasury reverse auction program? This would get money into the hands of ordinary people who can't get a fair and full deserved price because the market values are skewed by estate sales, probate auctions, charity thrift shops, and garage sales.
