Hysterics as above are all the more reason to
take the time to make sure the solution matches the problem

What you classify as hysterics, others would call a reasonable prognosis. I tend towards the latter. Time will tell..

However, if nothing at all is done to confront this issue, to insure liquidity and loosen the credit crunch, I will shortly take my portfolio to 100% cash and watch the, IMO, impending financial carnage from the sidelines.

I hope that whatever is done, is done right, but the clock is ticking...
