Brinker has not mentioned cyclical/secular trends since June 2007 when he wrote in Marketimer that the secular bear megatrend that began in 2000 has ended in June, 2006.

He has never told his Moneytalk audience that he made that proclamation, even though he used the secular bear as a marketing-hook to sell newsletters on the program many times.
