Thanks for the Red Herring Candescent article, Barb.

It is indeed interesting reading. I especially liked this part:

"Problems or not, Candescent is forging ahead. And that, analysts say, is what has kept the company in business. As Mr. Mentley of Stanford Resources says, 'Candescent has done very well over the years for three reasons: It has never said anything that's obviously not true, headed in the wrong direction, or done something stupid. Other companies have walked along the edge of telling the truth. The technology is really complicated--there's plenty of room to mislead people. Candescent has not.'"

In the spirit of not misleading anyone, I won't add anything more, except to say that I believe we are on-track to becoming a major manufacturer of FEDs that will compete very well with LCDs.
