I think there are very few RE folks who really saw this coming and were scared as hell 2-3 years ago like I was.. Now is the beginning of the time to go back to the other side. Hey there are few left to pick up the crumbs who think like a capitalist or opportunist.. And it's not like the obvious trades have worked in the stock market lately either for those in the gloom and doom or dollar protection trades either...SKF and gold stocks beyond pathetic given what has transpired that many here including me were expecting for years..

RE is unparralleled for wealth creation for those with the knowledge and desire when it is despised by the public.. I'm going to have fun for years to come after a long agonizing wait..thank you GWB and your 'ownership society'<g>
