Although the timeline seems problematic, NM could still be acquired before HSNI completes their current merger. It really depends on the method of accounting they are using, both in the present merger and in a possible NM acquisition. Since the USA Networks merger is probably being done by pooling-of-interests accounting, NM would need to be acquired using the purchase method of accounting.

The volume is quite normal, considering the massive surge we saw in the last week or so. Waiting, as usual.
