Not only that, but liberals also intend to invalidate the 1st amendment, or at least the "free exercise of religion" part of it.

All they need is five activist judges on the US Supreme Court. They already have four, i.e. the same four that thought the 2nd amendment was never intended to limit government regulation of firearms.
