its obvious you don't, but can you at least read what you are posting and make an educated call as to whether this is really some kind of fraud or just standard business?

Do you know that many McKinsey consultants make $500K BASE plus bonus now? That means the McKinsey severance package and bonus pool is probably $1 million PER CONSULTANT. SO lets say you have a problem with that, fine lets go a step down. Do you know that Directors at Google are making 400K base? That engineers are making 150K base? Then you need to add 40% to that base for benefits (this percentage lessens as the base pay goes up).

Articles like what you are posting are used to piss off people in IDAHO who have jobs working at Walmart. They don't understand that in the major metro centers of the world, where an avg HOUSE costs $1.8 million, that SALARIES are now 800K for people they never heard of.

As for WAMU, another hot head article you posted, that guy was recruited a month ago by the board after they abruptly FIRED the prior CEO. The guy who came on board knows nothing about the internals of WAMU and steps into a firepit. Wamu has 43K employees and 10 BILLION in cash flow. Now, given that average MCKENZIE consultants are making 500K+bonus bringing them up to one million per year, how much do you think the CEO of WAMU should be offered? 500K, like a MCKensie consultant? Obviously this man is going to be paid 10 million per year.

Now as it turns out the govt seized WAMU and the board and CEO knew nothing about it. There was nothing in the contract to deal with that scenario, why would there be? Do you think that guy would have taken that job if he knew it was going to be seized? You just have to hope he doesn't collect the money but to be outraged is just lame.
