These are usually small companies that don't qualify for a Nasdaq listing... Sometimes when a stock is de-listed from Nasdaq it trades on the Bulletin Boards... Some very good companies have graduated from the Bulletin Boards to Nasdaq... But, they also have their share of Snake Oil stocks... Jim ps: Sergio... I'm responding to a question...
