LB, Smart Balance: Does anyone have any information/opinions about this butter substitute spread? What is your motivation of using a substitute rather than the real thing? My advice would be to stick with butter. So far butter beat all the substitutes (trans fats) hands down. How will the next substitute fare? I don't want to be a guinea pig... BTW, one Smart Balance product I ever bought - their pop corn for kids - I stopped using, when I discovered Paul Newman's pop corn that uses palm oil. Joe
