Off-topic:

What I find intolerable is that the Fed and Treasury Secretary Paulson are creating this panic by being overly greedy and wiping out the market caps of multiple institutions by insisting on massive warrant coverage or preferred positions. This has done nothing but to stoke more fear from shareholders, causing INCREASED selling and panic. Now lawmakers, in an effort to "protect the taxpayers", have stuck their meddlesome noses into what would have been a good plan and have essentially emasculated it.

And don't get me started on McCain. I was going to vote for him until I saw the debate and saw first hand of his evasion of questions and waffling and until I learned of his meddling in the bailout negotiations for his own personal political gain that led to a weakened proposal and to last Friday and today's sell-off/rout.

They all should be shot.
