The bailout plan has failed to get the necessary vote.


I repeat... the toxic-debt-securities should be de-toxed, not bought up by the government and stored under the bed.

I think it's time for a clean start.
I'll buy some more stock cheaper in the meantime.
I think the public is much harder to stampede with a scare story than it was before Bush Jr. cried wolf so often.
