Norm: Re: certificate security

I understand your concern regarding the ease with which our beautiful pre-IPO certificates could be duplicated with a color printer. With today's fancy technology, just about anything is doable.

However, it is highly unlikely that anybody could duplicate the "FBN Seal of Approval" that identifies each and every certificate as originating from FBN headquarters. So, at least we know which shares were originally produced here.

Now, for those shares that are photocopied by the guys in the panel truck and then sold to unsuspecting buyers ... well, I don't really care that those don't have a corporate seal. When those fools who bought them try to redeem those pre-IPO shares for post-IPO shares, they'll be in for a big surprise.

Gosh ... do you think FBN will be given an award for teaching novice investors a thing or two about buying stock?
