According to the RGFX CEO Rakesh Kumar, they look for between 15.7-16.0M this quarter with earnings of 0.13. He said last quarter's weakness in the UK is already turning around in this quarter. He thinks the weakness in Germany will persist. Jan Mahoney, Investor Relations is not related to Dennis Mahoney, the ex-CFO. RGFX has 18.7M in receivables which is very high and is something they are addressing-- they made a statement to the effect that 70% were in good standing which caused some queries from the analysts reagrding the remaining 30%. Apparently they offer extended payment terms to allow purchasers to get up to speed with the expensive printers before payments are due and that has helped create the large account receivables. The receivables were 10.1M at the end of the first quarter, and 15.4M at the end of the second quarter. Datagraph will continue to also sell Encad products which are low-volume printers vs. the high volume RGFX printer--RGFX feels that the products are complementary and it allows RGFX entry into the French market.
