Proxima has plenty of cash and I know Ken Olson, the CEO. He will not spend any money, just maintain the sales channel while looking for a new CEO. Whoever they get will have 18 million dollars to spend on his strategy. Look for Proxima to hang in there and see what/when a new CEO will take over. Untill then you can buy for .80 on the dollar. Although I am avoiding this sector completely.
