230.7!!! Down from 233.4 last week. That's 2.7 lbs. Much to much. I don't want to lose more than 1.5lbs a week.

I noticed I slept a lot last week. In addition to dancing Wed and Fri, I did almost 5 hours on the dance floor Saturday night. I got a plate of Indian food Sunday at Whole Foods, and was full after eating half of it. I think a lot of my loss was due to using my evening protein smoothie as my meal for the night several times.

OTOH, I feel fine and that's only a 1.6% weight loss. My BP is 120/65, and my BMI is now 29.2
