Why try to keep the blame in this century when it isn't correctly limited to this century.

Because it mostly developed in the 21st century. I was in real estate in LA in the late 90s. There was a little bit of this unprofessionalism but it was hardly widespread. It became widespread in the 21st century.

"This century" is less than a decade. A problem like this takes time to develop.

Apparently, not.....just a couple of years.

Again, Republicans need to take responsibility.
