I am not sure which is largest, trade credit, consumer credit, B2B bond/financial instrument credit or insurance credit, but I know that business could not operate without it. Without credit chattel mortgate, the big three as we knew them last year would not have existed. In Canada CIBC started chattel mortgage on rolling stock after the had loaned money to miners in the Yukon. Don't try getting a loan on your placer mine today. Forget even thinking about in idle time. It won't happen. Want to degrade a brand new steel and glass monster on rubber wheels into Fe2O3 in 4 to 5 years by sheer willful waste of hydrocarbon fuels to viagrate your manically expanding egomoronia as you approach bifocal age? The bank's your man.

90% of merikans could not afford their life without easy credit.

How did 5 million trailer trash get caught in the never never so resoundingly and bring the other 295 billion down into penury and despair? Did a whole generation of hillbillies wrest brand new Cadillac SUV's offa Wall Street in some bizarre scheme hatched at an Indianpolis Speedway bash?

I wonder...

The reason that merikans live so well is that they got their grandchildren to go into hock to pay for it.
