Don't bet on DOW going to much lower, it is still in a long term uptrend as you can see here marketwatch.com Bail out will happen, eventually, market may go down a bit i=over next few days but I think most damage has been overdone for the most part. In the end this will be like all crisis, it will pass and the market will go back up. 87 crash, 98 Asia crisis, 2000 Dot Com crash, etc. Market goes down, market goes up. In the end the banking sector in the US will be much stronger when all of this shakes out. 5-6 major institutions will survive creating finacial superpowers that will drive the DOW to 18,000 plus in coming years.
