Clinton made a big mistake NOT to veto the bill! Clinton was in no position to assert any leadership at that time. If one recalls, he was being tried for blowjobs at the time and faced the very real possibility of being removed from office on the most ridiculous set of charges ever to be dreamed up by a group of scheming assholes, who now celebrate the presidency of a moron who will remembered as the worst president in American history.
