Speaking as a vegenarian (sic), I would certainly like to see soy products with less salt. Morningstar makes fake steak strips that are very tasty and great in stir fries and such, but the sodium content is almost a deal breaker in the areas of taste and health both. You add soy sauce, as in a stir fry, and it's borderline inedible, and the effect on hypertension . . . oy!

I've often wondered why they add so much salt; it can't be a preservative: the product is frozen. So they must be trying to beat a bitter taste. That much salt isn't much of an improvement, IMO. Go Senomyx!
