So happy to hear you are all safe. That's the important part. I know what it is to go through a flood situation, and having to deal with the mess, but not had to experience the loss of a home or vacation cabin. Got close a few yrs back and we ended up buying one of these parkmodelsdirect.com although ours is more cabin like with stained cedar siding and a red metal roof. Iit is wonderful and very comfortable. And it didn't cost a fortune. But certainly like a second home which we love. The possibility of flooding is very real at our property, and we could lose it some day. But not having spent a lot, while we have it, we feel blessed. Oak makes GREAT firewood. And congrats on the anniversary and here's to your health. P.S. this is our cabin: ;)
