I noticed on bloomberg that Roger Engemann & Ass. added a stake in MRVC. It will be interesting to see how much stock was bought by funds during this quarter. I counted 13,300,642 owned by 4 insiders and 75 institutions. That is not includeing non reporting institutions, management, or shares bought or sold in this quarter by institutions. It includes the 500,000 app. shares sold by management. I look for a retest of highs going into fridays close 37-39. another .10 cents a share x current multiple should justify 35 to 39 at least until the analysts fine tune 98 estimates closer toward my anticipated 1.50 Fy98 opinion. With the recent weakness in box makers as well as chip equipment stocks, maybe we are ready to see networkers take a tech lead role again. CSCO confirmed a new high last week and it makes since that we see performance from the sector as the difficult product transition/inventory meltdown of early spring is behind us. Still long as long as we are tradeing at such a huge discount to our growth rate. KOVICH
