I was a bit surprised to see JAVA hit the sixes during the "Bush Rally" yesterday, but that's what can happen when the country is mismanaged for almost 8 years.

Apparently Cheney is now claiming in court that he's not part of the Administrative branch; although his motivation is primarily to avoid record record retention rules, perhaps he's also trying to distance himself from the Bush Fiasco.
