First "duces tecum" subpoenas will be issued for records and they will be aimed at the keeper of records and mid to high level administration. The inside sources won't be revealed until near the end of the investigation, then the names will be supplied in discovery.

ANYone can be subpoenaed in the matter and certainly Dodd, Frank and half the black caucus will receive Christmas cards from the prosecution. Obama may in fact be one depending on the nature of his relationship. The investigation will be very wide ranging and splinter into other institutions.

Corporations unrelated to the Mac and May debacle were forced or pressured by other agencies to provide risky loans.
