OT Lower risk arb trade PMM is a closed end muni fund of Putnam. It, subject to various conditions, will merge into an open end fund in Q1. Current discount to NAV is about 10%. Merger does not happen - discount is about as wide as it gets. Merger does happen - 10%. Getting cheap munis to boot. Jon
