If they are now canceled, still think the last holders of record will divide up a total 500k.. .12-.13 cents per share,if you bought at a penny not a bad return,,so thats what Hillside actually paid for Ampex...these Bk laws that give common shareholders nothing should be changed if the company reemerges... shareholders should have more power and rights..
