Dear Auboy! Good to see you here! My group likes this deal very much and is going to spread the good word on it in a big way. It's got a great price, proven management (great connections), and word on the street is that it has heavy properties coming into the play that are extremely close to Cross Lake's big hit, and an even better prospect in the new Temagami area and big big broker following starting to ramp up!
