The economic crisis will repeat itself until the Republicans admit to themselves and the world that trickle down Reaganomics doesn't work. It really was Voodoo-economics. Until the country is back to the position that wealth comes from the jobs and industries on the bottom and trickles up, we will continue to caught speculative bubbles.
