And what if the church won't allow gay marriages? The state has never taken a position that churches have to marry anyone. Is a doctor required to do sex change operations to anyone who wants one? Fertilization procedures for whoever wants that? Yes of course (at least anyone who affords it). You don't imagine a doctor could refuse to x-ray gay bones or any other procedure, do you? They would be kicked from the AMA. Should the Boy Scouts be required to allow gay scoutmasters? Only if they claim tax exemption. TP
