It appears that Gilder is the only B.O.D. or Co. Officer that has bought any shares in recent years, other than the E.S.O.P., which is underwritten and/or funded by the Co. Their non-committal to personal funds in support of their Co. does not bode well for instilling confidence in the Co.'s prospects. Do you subscribe to any "Co.-signals" that this Gilder purchase would propose? I, personally, do not attribute this purchase to anything forseeable; insider purchasing is a bell that is commonly SEC answered. TIA...lm
