The way I see things is that Riley and Morgan are telling the truth. Morgan, for obvious reasons, has to be EXTREMELY careful in what he says to prevent giving inside information or at least the appearance of it. I think Morgan did communicate something at a very subtle level.

It was never said anywhere that 1 person would buy 5 million dollars worth of shares. Morgan is probably telling the truth in saying "that they can't find anyone to buy the 5 million dollars worth of shares!". The following are equivalent: Anyone <==> any 1. Riley says that there are overseas investors. Note the plural in what Riley is saying.

Morgan is saying that there isn't any one person/entity that will buy 5 million dollars of shares. I would say that is a TRUE statement.
Rather it probably is as Riley suggests, several investors.
