The state has never taken a position that churches have to marry anyone.

The state of NJ has taken the position that a retreat owned by a church is not tax exempt if it won't allow gay marriages. The state of MA took a position the Catholic church had to arrange gay adoptions so the church had to stop arranging any adoptions.

All because liberals want to force their moral views on others.

Is a doctor required to do sex change operations to anyone who wants one? Fertilization procedures for whoever wants that?

Yes of course (at least anyone who affords it). You don't imagine a doctor could refuse to x-ray gay bones or any other procedure, do you? They would be kicked from the AMA.

Why should they be required to do so? Neither sex change operations or fertility treatments are medically necessary, unlike treating broken bones, etc. Because liberal values say they should, thats why. And you agree.

Should the Boy Scouts be required to allow gay scoutmasters?
Only if they claim tax exemption.

Its not just tax exemption. The boy scouts have lost property and the right to have troops sponsored on many government properties. Because liberals want to impose their version of morality on the Boy Scouts ... as you do yourself.

Why do think the Boy Scouts should have gay scoutmasters? Is being a scoutmaster a "right"?
