Oh give it up Mr. Radd... This is 2008 not 1708. Your civil "liberties" died before your Constitution was ever constituted... practically as soon as your colonies formed governing bodies. That's why you've got a Bill of Rights, courts and guns in the first place. Shoot... there isn't a single state that hasn't shot, poisoned, blown-up, imprisoned or run off some woe begotten class of unwanted citizen at some time or another.
