Rush is playing Gwen iffel comments right now that disparage Sarah Palin, and gushes all over The One. Then he played McCain's response to the question about whether Iffel can be an objective moderator and McCain said he didn't see any problem with her, that she's "a respected" person and he just doesn't think there are any problems.

I hope conservatives don't expect McCain to name names or come out swinging in any way because the old man just does not have it in him. And I hope no one expects he'll win this election, because he won't. He may have been a warrior once, but all the fight has left him.

I've thought all along that McCain was the wrong choice, and he's doing his damndest to prove me right.
