Gwen Ifill—the moderator of tomorrow night’s debate—would seem to have a major conflict of interest insofar as an Obama loss would cost Ifill dearly in lost sales of her new book.

Note how Ifill’s use of the phrase, The Age of Obama, contains an implicit assumption that Obama is somehow entitled to win the election.

I don’t understand why the McCain campaign agreed to Ifill’s selection, but perhaps they have a good reason they aren’t revealing.
