Just wanted to know, DOES anyone know why Ronald Herskowitz resigned as COO, since he just came on board in August 1997. Kinda seems strange to take a position and only stay 2 months. Is there some type of problem going on at LCAV that Herskowitz didn't realize until he got there? Or, was he just named COO on a temporary basis to allow for the transition or merging of the 2 companies (Refractive Centers International and LCAV?) Any substantiated info is appreciated...
