Timely action is the key problem here, the money will evaporate into the ether long before the decision to release it could be undone. My senators are not up for re-election this year. My district rep is this incredibly slimy neocon buttlick who nonetheless has supported the FailOut from the start and obviously isn't planning on another term, he will take the money and flee into private law practice representing the company that cans babies live for the personal consumption of Karl Rove :-) The parasites are taking advantage of the fact that the citizenry is left with only drastic recourse, and won't take it.
