IJ, if you are the rule setter then you can merely keep changing the rules to get your desired result.

IJ, for the LAST eight years the average worker's income has not increased while the IJs have only grown richer. IJ, the unemployment rate since Bush has taken office is up 56% and that will surely grow tomorrow when the latest data is announced. Have you no compassion for those who have lost their jobs. For those who can't put food on their table while IJ dines at the finest restaurants bragging that YOU don't have to worry about overdrafts, while fully understanding that your are dining on the finest because of the misery of your fellow human beings!
IJ, instead of telling us about you being rich, can't you at least admit that those being ripped off by the check processing method are being taken advantage by the very employers that hire your service to pillage more from those who have no job? Dig real deep down into your espoused Christianity and answer this question...What is St. Peter going to say about what you are doing? And what is he going to say about me giving money to Habitat for Humanity.
And yes, I SURELY agree that people should not write checks for amounts in excess of the balance in their accounts....but IJ, I also agree that they should be afforded a banking system that use deceptive practices to pad the income of their CEOs. IJ, drug dealers will give potential new clients "FREE" drugs, in order to get them hooked, now deny that your employers don't do the same...with the result being the final player to enter the field is IJ, the Enforcer.
