I believe they are only enforcing the ban on the "select stocks" on their list. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Bottom line...enforce the rules for ALL stocks equally. If this is what they have decided to do, then I retract my previous complaint. If they still have a 2 tiered approach, then I will continue to complain that this is a half measure!
