I agree completely. I am seeing the effects of the bad policies and credit bubble exploding first hand. I am in the commercial real estate market and people have no idea what is in store. We do assessments for top tier investment banks and private equity funds when they buy commercial real estate assets. The market is not only slowed, hell it has siezed up. It is only going to get worse. As tenants close shop, they will vacate their office buildings, making those assets worth much less. There will be a rush to sell those assets without a market to absorb them. I believe a run on the bank will occur with hard real estate assets.

I know this post speaks of fundamentals, but I just do not think people understand how deep this goes.
