Bosco, I don't subscribe to this SUNW suit. The government & DOJ have to act because of this suit. Nothing more nothing less. I'm under the impression whenever a (would-be) competitor to MSFT feels the pain of the market they turn to suing goliath. After all those anti-trust memories of the 30ies where "bigness was badness itself" aren't erased from our memories yet <g>. Things will settle down in the end and the "rule of reason" will prevail. If MSFT indeed engaged in anti-competetive practices, they will have to swallow hard. But if it's just for MSFT's size - nothing will happen. Thank's good we left that age of "GM busting, IBM busting" etc. That outdated agenda should not haunt us from past times again. Not even under Democratic president Clinton <G>. best wishes CROSSY
