From what I have been reading everybody (drillers) are at 90 - 99% utilization. Even the manufacturers of rigs are busy. Also, I beleive there are many jr. oil companies with permits just waiting to get rigs (INDX). Does anybody know a company or companies that manufacture drilling rigs?
