Does it surprise anyone that the hypocritical advocates for full disclosure by our public corporations are so opposed to full disclosure by hedge funds? After all, their secret strategies have apparently included front running, sell and distort, extortion of ceo's, purloined FBI data, coordinated buying and selling, etc. Nah - no need to disclose or leave trails for the authorities to investigate. Just grab those wallets, hold head high, one hand on nose, and have minions post about how "cyber-sleupps" and short sellers are always right.
