NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 21, 1997--
ASI Solutions Incorporated (NASDAQ: ASIS), a leading human resources outsourcing company, said today it has signed a substantial multi-year agreement to provide a comprehensive range of specialized employment processing services to Bell Atlantic (NYSE: BEL). Terms were not disclosed.
The services ASI provides to Bell Atlantic encompass most functions involved in the hiring process -- scheduling, interviewing, testing and screening potential employees. ASI is an innovator in employment process administration. In announcing the new agreement, Bernard F. A significant portion of ASI's new activities with Bell Atlantic will begin in November, to be followed by additional expansion early next year, Mr. Reynolds said.
