I feel the pain. FR was my largest REIT holding after adding to it a month ago. I bought a bunch more today at 18.8 near the close. With their press release I think the dividend is covered both this year and next year. At $20 the yield is 14%.

But I bought quite a few things over the past few days that looked good at the time... COS, SU, AFC, other REITs...

COS (with it's 13% dividend), and SU are easy stocks to own. They will sell all the oil they can produce no matter when the economy does. The only question is the price.
