I guess that agency recruits from schools that teach young people to be wannabe Europeans. All from the Ivy league. And those that aren't are Left. "If I ruled the world," I would make them take about 300 AF, Annapolis, and West Point Grads each year. They could pull some from the JMO's in the services also to make the numbers get to that level until the schools geared up to have that many extra each year. Make the CIA pull from there also. The only way to reform them is from the bottom up.
