Right, next week is gonna be interesting. The markets sure know about the cut, 50-75 bp "surprise" cut is priced in the Fed funds futures. Maybe they are just demanding it and will sell stocks again if the cut does not happen. They could even sell them if it does happen, since it's "no news". It seems the credit market needs liquidity now, not the news of future liquidity, so Ted spread spiked again.
